How can I stream video from the device (RTSP)?

In this article you will find the instructions to stream video from your F3D100 Device to a third party VMS through RTSP

RTSP Camera Settings 

Users can stream video and audio from the F3D100 Device through the following URLs. 

Video and audio: rtsp://user:pass@device.local.IP.address/img/media.sav 

Video only: rtsp://user:pass@device.local.IP.address/img/video.sav 

Audio only: rtsp://user:pass@device.local.IP.address/img/audio.sav 

Stream capacity:

Supported Video/Audio Codec MPEG-4, H264, H265, JPEG G.711, G.726, LPCM, AAC 

Supported Extension Parameters channel, stream, source, video, padding.

How to generate your user and password credentials? 

Each camera has a specific set of encrypted credentials to avoid unauthorized access from within the network, and you can retrieve them by following the next steps:

  1. Select Doors from the menu.
  2. Select the door/device from the list.
  3. Go to the Others Tab
  4. Activate RTSP Settings and click update, this will activate the fields for you to create or auto generate the keys. (Generating them manually allows you to share the credentials with multiple devices for large operations). 

  1. Click on show the URL to reveal your keys and Copy and paste to your RTSP player.

How to obtain the IP Address of the device from the system? 

The device IP address (device.local.IP.address) will be required to create your URL, in order to retrieve it from the system, your follow the next steps:

  1. Select Doors from the menu.
  2. Select the door/device from the list.
  3. Go to the Network settings tab.


  1. Copy the IP address into your URL.
