How to perform a selfie enrolment in alocity:
- You will get a text message or an email inviting you to enroll your face via selfie, click on the link to initiate the process and keep the pin in mind as it will be requested later.
- The link will take you to this page, input your pin and click on enter to continue (some smartphones like iPhone have Autofill enabled and populate this info automatically):
- Follow the guidelines to take the picture and agree to the terms and conditions, if you have any concerns, click here: https://www.alocity.com/pages/biometric-privacy-consent
- Take the photo and wait for the system to analyze the picture for a couple of seconds, once the process is complete you should get either one of these results:
- If you get an error message, please contact your company’s administrator or internal help desk support.
