Instructions for Managing Multiple Accounts with a Single Portal User Account
Partners managing multiple accounts in the Alocity Portal can easily switch between accounts using the account switching feature. Once a new account is created and set up by the Alocity Support Team, partners will receive a welcome email with instructions.
Important Note:
When you receive the welcome email for the new account, do not reset your password if you already have an active portal user account. Instead, follow these steps to switch accounts.
Switching Accounts on Desktop:
- Log in to the Alocity Portal using your usual credentials.
- In the top-right corner of the dashboard, click on the dropdown menu (marked with an arrow facing down) next to your name.
- From the dropdown menu, you will see a list of accounts you have access to.
- Click on the new account to switch to it.
Switching Accounts on Mobile:
- Log in to the Alocity Portal using your usual credentials.
- Open the menu by taping the top-left menu icon.
- Select Profile from the menu options.
- In the Profile menu, you will see the accounts you have access to.
- Tap the Select next to the account you want to switch to.
These steps allow you to seamlessly switch between accounts, enabling you to manage and support multiple accounts efficiently.
