[Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ'S)](https://help.alocity.com/knowledge/faqs?hsLang=en#frequently-asked-questions-faqs) # How to Switch Between Accounts in Alocity Portal ## Instructions for Managing Multiple Accounts with a Single Portal User Account Partners managing multiple accounts in the Alocity Portal can easily switch between accounts using the account switching feature. Once a new account is created and set up by the Alocity Support Team, partners will receive a welcome email with instructions. **Important Note:** When you receive the welcome email for the new account, **do not reset your password** if you already have an active portal user account. Instead, follow these steps to switch accounts. **Switching Accounts on Desktop:** 1. Log in to the Alocity Portal using your usual credentials. 2. Click on the new account to switch to it. **Switching Accounts on Mobile:** 1. Log in to the Alocity Portal using your usual credentials. 2. Tap the **Select** next to the account you want to switch to. These steps allow you to seamlessly switch between accounts, enabling you to manage and support multiple accounts efficiently.
