Go to **Hardware** › **ACUs** and click the controller's name. The header shows the model, serial numbers, firmware and site, with **Connection** and **Controller** status badges. **Resync** resends the configuration to the panel. Use **Deep reprovision** only if cards are missing or access is being denied. --- ### 1. Topology A banner reminds you about RS-485 termination: enable the 120 Ω jumper on the controller and on the last sub-panel only. - The bus monitor shows **RECONCILE**, **ONLINE** boards, **ISSUES** and **BUS BAUD** (38,400). - The **SIZING** card shows doors configured, reader ports on the bus and boards used. - **Add subpanel** and **Discover bus** add modules. See [Adding Sub-Panels](https://help.alocity.com/knowledge/mercury-adding-sub-panels?hsLang=en). - Click a board to see its **READER PORTS**, **INPUTS** and **RELAY OUTPUTS**. Each port shows **free** or the name of what it's assigned to. Network Shows the controller's **IP Address**, **Netmask**, **Default Gateway**, **DNS Server** and **DHCP** setting. These are read-only for now. Keep DHCP on and use a DHCP reservation for a fixed address. See [3. Security - **TLS Encryption**: encrypts the link between the controller and Alocity. - **OSDP Security Key**: the key used for OSDP Secure readers. - **Tamper Response**: **Lock door + alarm** or **Alarm only**. ### 4. Firmware Shows the current and latest firmware and the cardholder count. **Sync Schedules** and **Sync Holidays** resend schedules and holidays to the panel. ### 5. Linked Doors Lists every door wired to this controller, with its sub-panel, port, site and status. ### 6. Elevator Sets up elevator control on this controller.
