1. Ethernet Connection
- An Ethernet connection with DHCP should be used to connect the Access Control Unit (ACU) to the Local Area Network (LAN).
2. Firewall Settings
- Configure your firewall settings to enable communication with the Alocity system. The following inbound and outbound ports must be open:
- TCP Port 443 & 8883
- NTP Port 123
- RTSP Port 554

For stable connections and optimal results with the device, it is recommended that each device maintains an internet service speed within the 10 to 25 Mbps range for both download and upload.
To ensure this bandwidth is stable:
