      Release Notes: Platform Version 1.0.31

      Key Enhancements: Expanded AI Agent Library, Agent Scheduling, Polygon Zones, Clip Controls, and Intercom List Mode

      Platform Update to Version 1.0.31 delivers a major upgrade to the Intelligent Video Platform, introducing new AI Video Agents, flexible scheduling, zone drawing enhancements, and expanded clip controls. This release also includes a new configuration option for intercom directory display and backend improvements to agent stability, tagging, and system monitoring.

        • Agent Scheduling by Day and Hours– Admins can now assign different active hours for agents across weekdays and hours of the day.

        • Polygon Zones – Activity zones can now be drawn using custom polygon shapes for precision detection areas.

        • POI Agent in People Tab – Person of Interest tracking can now be managed directly from the People section.

        • LPR Tag Support – Cars recognized via license plate can now be grouped and are automatically labeled with Make, Model Type and Color tags.

      • Intercom Updates

        • Directory List Mode – Devices now support an option to show all directory entries in a scrollable list.
