Directory Module Setup for Residents

Configuring the Directory Module to Call Residents via the Alocity 1id App

The Directory module allows the system to call a resident with the Alocity 1id App through an interactive directory displayed on the AI-1000 intercom via the leasing button or the FD3100 Intelligent Reader via the doorbell button. This setup ensures that residents can receive calls and manage access directly from their phone.

To Set Up a Directory Entry for Residents:

1. Go to Settings.
   
2. Select the Directory option.
   
3. Click on 'Add Entry' to begin the process.
   
4. Choose the resident user who will receive the call from the dropdown menu (ensure the user has mobile credentials enabled).
5. Configure the Unit Type by selecting the appropriate option to determine where the calls will be routed.
6. Input the corresponding number for the unit.
7. Select the appropriate site from the dropdown menu where the entry will be active.
8. Confirm all details are correct and click 'Save' to finalize the entry.
