How to Call a User from the Directory from the intercom

Instructions for Visitors to Call Users in the Directory Using the Alocity AI-1000 Intercom Device

Follow these steps to place a call using the Alocity AI-1000 touchscreen intercom directory:

1. Access the Directory: Tap the "Directory" button on the intercom screen.
   
2. Search by Name or Unit Number:
   
   
   1. Option A: Enter the first letter of the user’s first or last name.
   2. Option B: Tap the button at the bottom of the screen to switch to unit number input.
3. Search by Unit Number (if applicable): Type the first digit of the unit number to display all matching units.
   

1. Select a User: Tap the user’s name from the displayed results to initiate the call.

1. Need Help? If you cannot find the user or require further assistance, tap the "Front Desk" button to contact building staff.
