      Limited Warranty

      This are the conditions for the: Alocity Technologies, LLC Equipment Warranty Certificate

      Alocity Technologies, LLC Equipment Warranty Certificate

      Alocity Technologies, LLC hardware products purchased in the USA are warranted from the initial date of purchase, to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship. Alocity Technologies, LLC may repair or replace the product, to guarantee its operation according to its specifications.

      Time-length of the warranty: This warranty will be valid for 1 year, whereas the customer is up to date with the payments of his monthly/yearly subscription; the device will be covered under warranty. The hardware warranty will end if a subscription is canceled for any reason including non-payment of the monthly service fees.

      Any implied warranties that may be imposed by applicable law shall be limited to the terms of this limited warranty. Alocity Technologies, LLC shall in no event be liable for consequential or indirect damages, including, but not limited to, loss of business opportunities, profits, data, or functionalities, which are based on both contractual or non-contractual claims and a warranty, and which arise, directly or indirectly, from the use or operation of the product, even if Alocity Technologies, LLC Chas been informed of the possibility of such damages.

      Exclusions
      This Warranty does not apply to defects that are the result of:

      •  Natural wear and tear.
      • Causes not attributable to manufacturing defects and / or defects of material.
      • Replacement of parts, repair, or attempted repair of the product by persons not authorized by Sekure ID (DBA Alocity).
      • Lack of maintenance or service of the Product in accordance with what the instruction manual indicates for this purpose.
      • Misuse of the Product or improper use or other than normal use, or not in accordance with the instruction manual.
      • Presence of sand, wetting by liquid substances, water, burns or any foreign element inside the Product.
      • Damage caused by floods, earthquakes, fires, thunderstorms, shocks, and/or improper transportation.
      • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or electric shocks.
      • If any Alocity Technologies, LLC serial number or Warranty badge has been removed, deleted, or modified.
      • Breakage or cracking of display, screen, or 3D Face sensor.
      • Force majeure or fortuitous event and, in general, any event beyond the possibility of control of Sekure ID (DBA Alocity).
      • Alocity Technologies, LLC Cis not responsible for damage or loss of information or removable storage drive.

      Procedure
      To validate this guarantee, an RMA format must be generated and additionally provide this Warranty Certificate, Invoice and Serial Number of the Equipment, for this procedure you must contact our Call Center at +1-(954) 893-2693, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST). Once the corresponding RMA is generated, the customer must return the complete product in its original packaging to the address of the Service Center that Alocity Technologies, LLC stipulates, in omission of an address indicated by Alocity Technologies, LLC Cit must be sent to its headquarters.
