Platform Update to Version 1.0.34 provides critical infrastructure refinements, mobile application workflow improvements, and expanded hardware support. This release focuses on enhancing media server stability, streamlining mobile credential provisioning, and optimizing AI-driven event detection for improved security monitoring.

Key Features:

Portal and Web Interface

  • Media Server Security: Implemented expiration checks for access keys and renewal processes to maintain secure connections.

  • Video Streaming Reliability: Added error handling for cloud live views and retry logic for media server requests.

  • Interface Refinements: Updated HLS parameters, optimized interaction styles and image hover effects.

Mobile Application (Alocity 1iD)

  • Provisioning Workflow: Prepared new environment certificates for iOS and Android deployment and implemented a migration workflow actor for push notifications.

  • Event Monitoring: Introduced motion tile logic within events and added License Plate (LP) and Person of Interest tiles for enhanced identification.

  • User Interface: Unified tab buttons, updated the camera list "More" button, and added a dedicated History screen.

Gateway and AI Performance

  • Detection Accuracy: Resolved issues regarding Stop Sign and Wrong Way detection and refactored bounding box and tracking logic.

  • Hardware Expansion: Added support for 80 cameras on AiVR systems and implemented shell command execution capabilities.

  • System Optimization: Improved disk size management and memory leak corrections for both Gateway and Intercom hardware.

API and Backend

  • Communication Protocols: Replaced deprecated communication methods and established broker message size limits.

  • Streaming Management: Developed session management for out-of-network media server streaming.
