How to set up and configure your Alocity AiVR (Artificial Intelligence NVR and Cloud Bridge) and begin monitoring as quickly as possible

The following instructions are intended for experienced users who wish to set up the Alocity system quickly and efficiently, typically for testing purposes. They do not provide all the information required for a full installation and configuration of the system.

Quick start instructions:

Follow these instructions for a quick setup of your Alocity system:

  1. Before you start: Getting Started with your Alocity AiVR. The system and tool requirements, and recommendations before setting up or installing an Alocity AiVR.
  2. Be sure the site meets the AiVR network requirements where you will install the AiVR. We recommend testing this before installing the device to avoid additional troubleshooting.
  3. Installing the AiVR Appliance. Learn how to physically install the Alocity AiVR under normal conditions.
  4. Getting started with Alocity Control Center. Once your device is up and running, this article guides you through setting up the administration software, Alocity Control Center.
  5. Before you can configure your AiVR you must have an active Alocity Control Center account and your device provisioned to it. Follow these steps to create an account and these steps to provision the device to the account. NOTE: If the account owner is not available to perform the initial account setup, please contact our support team or your account manager.
