Please note that Mercury hardware should be installed by a professional technician. These instructions take you through a Mercury deployment in order, from site survey to working doors.

  2. Planning Your Mercury Deployment: what to gather for an existing or new Mercury system.
  3. Mercury Intelligent Controller Network Requirements: ports, bandwidth and addressing.
  4. Installing Mercury Hardware: mounting, power, RS-485, readers, locks and inputs.
  5. Factory Defaulting a Mercury Controller: access and factory default a controller if needed.
  6. Adding a Mercury Controller to Alocity: add the controller to your account by MAC address.
